2. Refund Policy

2.1 Payment Methods
Reservations are confirmed online through Wix Payments with a credit card, PayPal or other enabled methods.
2.2 Right of withdrawal
According to art. 47 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tourist reservations. However, Villa Pepa adopts a flexible refund policy.
2.3 Refund Terms
● Cancellation≥30 days before check-in: 100% refund.
● Cancellation between 29 and 15 days: 50% refund.
● Cancellation between 14 and 7 days: 25% refund.
● Cancellation ≤ 6 days or no-show: no refund.
2.4 Processing times
All refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
2.5 Extra services
Extra services requested separately are non-refundable in case of cancellation, unless the property can guarantee their availability.
3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation methods

3.2 Conditions
● The conditions are the same as those provided for in the refund policy (see section 2.3).
● Cancellation is effective only upon written confirmation from the facility.
3.3 Changing reservations
Changes are possible up to 14 days before check-in, subject to availability and rate adjustment if necessary.3.4 Cancellation by the property
In case of:
● Natural events or serious technical problems.● Ordinances or extraordinary restrictions. The structure may propose:
● Full refund or
● Voucher of equal value, valid for 12 months.3.5 General rules of stay
● Check-in: from 16:00
● Check-out: by 12:00

● No deposit is required, but the guest is responsible for any damages caused.
